Lana Del Rey reveals potential release dates for new album during book signing
Lana Del Rey revealed potential release dates for her upcoming album Chemtrails Over The Country Club during a book signing over the weekend.
Last Friday (2 October), Lana Del Rey hosted a surprise book signing for her Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass book at a Barnes & Noble store at LA's The Grove mall.
During the book signing, the singer/songwriter took time to speak to fans about her upcoming album, and revealed that the potential release dates for the record could be 10 December or 7 January 2021. Lana Del Rey said, "Because of the vinyl process being 11 weeks, it could be, like, January 7th."
One fan then asks her about "Dealer" - a potential track for her new album that she spoke about in a chat with Jack Antonoff for Interview Magazine, saying it's a song "where I’m just screaming my head off". Del Rey told the fan, "Bro, I cannot decide. It’s a screamer … right now it’s tentatively track eight."
