
Lana Del Rey delivers tender performance of "Let Me Love You Like A Woman" on Jimmy Fallon
Last night (14 December) Lana Del Rey appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and gave a tender performance of her October single "Let Me Love You Like A Woman".
Del Rey originally released "Let Me Love You Like A Woman" in October as the first glimpse of her upcoming album Chemtrails Over The Country Club.
Last night (14 December) Del Rey performed her Chemtrails track on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which saw her perform in an empty bar with backing vocalists and a live band.
Her performance of "Let Me Love You Like A Woman" is Del Rey's first outing since covering George Gershwin's "Summertime" last month to raise awareness and support for the New York Philharmonic and the Los Angeles Philharmonic orchestras.
The singer/songwriter announced an album of "American Standards and classics" last month while providing an update on Chemtrails Over The Country Club. She told her fans in a video, "Chemtrails Over The Country Club, right, 16-week delay on the vinyl process, so in the meantime, I am going to give you a digital record of American Standards and classics for Christmas because I can't get the record plants to open until March 5th."
