Lana Del Rey's glamorous new single with The Weeknd has nothing to do with Iggy Pop, sadly
Lana Del Rey has lifted another number from her upcoming Lust For Life LP - this time it's the title track featuring The Weeknd.
Del Rey's latest tune comes after a spontaneous ode written on the way home from Coachella this past weekend and is the second preview of Del Rey's forthcoming album following the swoontacular "Love". Unfortunately it's not the Iggy Pop cover we were hoping for.
"Maybe that’s kind of weird to have a feature on the title track, but I really love that song and we had said for a while that we were gonna do something; I did stuff on his last two records," Del Rey recently told Courtney Love in a feature for DAZED.
Del Rey has a busy summer of festivalling ahead, with dates at Way Out West, Flow Festival, and Øya among those confirmed. Check out her full schedule on Songkick.
