
Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett detail new Cole Porter covers album and share "I Get a Kick Out of You"
Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett have shared details of their forthcoming Cole Porter covers album Love for Sale, and have unveiled their version of "I Get a Kick Out of You" to accompany the news.
"I Get a Kick Out of You" is the first taster of Gaga and Bennett's second collaborative record - Love for Sale - which will follow 2014's Cheek to Cheek, and arrives on Bennett's 95th birthday today (3 August).
Love for Sale will see Bennett and Gaga singing Cole Porter compositions both alone and together.
The album was recorded at New York’s Electric Lady Studios, and according to Pitchfork, Bennett had already been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease (which was revealed by Bennett's family in February) when they were recording Love for Sale. The album will be Bennett's final studio recording.
