Currently having a pretty damn awesome day job of touring with Kurt Vile as part of his backing band The Violators, NY guitarist Steve Gunn has revealed he’s been spending his spare time prepping a new solo album.
Time Off, which we guess is named after the period he wrote the released, will come out on 18 June via Paradise of Bachelors. It follows on from 2010′s Sand City, released as the Gunn-Truscinski Duo.
Listen to one of the album’s tracks, ‘Water Wheel’, below and pre-order the release here.
