Klaxons' James Righton reveals he helped put together ABBA Voyage live band
Klaxons keyboardist and co-founder James Righton has revealed he helped put together the 10-piece live band for the upcoming ABBA Voyage shows.
Prior to Little Boots revealing yesterday (6 September) that she would be playing "keyboards/ synth and BVs" in ABBA's live band for their upcoming Voyage tour, James Righton confirmed he helped Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus form the 10-piece live band for the shows.
Righton wrote on Instagram, "Guess you’ve all heard the amazing ABBA news by now. I had an incredible/fun/magical/surreal time helping Benny and Bjorn find the 10 piece band for the reunion. I can safely say that the musicians chosen and the band that has been formed is the best group of musicians I’ve ever heard play together in a room. There is serious chemistry and vibe."

Last week ABBA made their huge comeback with the announcement of their first album in 40 years, Voyage. Two tracks from the record titled "I Still Have Faith In You" and "Don't Shut Me Down" were also released, as well as the announcement of the pop group's Voyage tour.
ABBA's Voyage tour isn't just a normal tour though, as it'll see digital versions of Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid perform with a live 10-piece band in a purpose-built, 3,000 capacity arena at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.
Onn top of working with ABBA this year, Righton dropped his "Release Party" single in May.
