Kevin Drew puts out unreleased song from 2014 "How's It Going"
Kevin Drew of Broken Social Scene has shared a previously unreleased track from 2014 called "How's It Going".
Yesterday (28 February), Broken Social Scene returned to Twitter to announce that bandleader Kevin Drew had shared an "unreleased jam" from 2014 called "How's It Going".
"How's It Going" marks Drew's first solo outing since his 2014 album Darlings, and Broken Social Scene revealed they shared it to "remind us that we must keep holding on — reach out —help each other— look around--we shall all be together soon —we love and miss you xoxo."

Drew writes of the song in the YouTube description, "How’s it going. This is a loaded question as we watch each other trying to navigate these times. Back in summer of 2014 I put down a song called "how’s it going" with my usual crew of believers. It was never released."
He adds, "My friend Jordan and I hunted down footage on the internet to put this video for the tune together. Many thanks to all those directors, artists, archivists and faces that we used.——- I miss the days of before as I wait for the days of new to keep arriving. Love to you all - hold on xox Kevin."
