Mercury KX have announced their new signing Keaton Henson, and have revealed that he has a new classical album titled Six Lethargies coming out later this year.
Six Lethargies is an original composition by Keaton Henson that is performed by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
Henson has spent the past three years working on his new project, which will be released later this year. According to a press release, the project aims to "express and explain the experience of anxiety and trauma through six interconnected movements."
Dr. Alexander Buhr, Managing Director of the Decca Classical Label Group says of Henson's signing, "We are very excited to welcome Keaton Henson to the Mercury KX family. He is a truly special artist with a restless and creative mind. Keaton has a unique voice across all the musical and visual art forms in which he expresses himself. We are proud and happy to work with him on his classical works."
His new album Six Lethargies will be his first since 2016's Kindly Now.
