Katy Perry looks to be getting ready to make her long-awaited return (no, "Rise" doesn't count).

"Chained To The Rhythm" has been given a quick tease in a new clip, and reports suggest its a collab with Sia superproducer Max Martin.
Apparently the song is gonna get a live airing during Perry's Grammys performance - she's confirmed to perform at the ceremony on 12 February, and according to Idolator she'll be performing the new single, which features Skip Marley - Bob Marley's grandson.
A recently posted vid boasts a 10 February date, so it looks like we'll be able to hear a polished edit before her Grammys spectacular.
As well as the single news, Perry updated her socials with a new look... makeover = new era?
Late last year Katy Perry teased a couple fresh bangers straight from the studio - could one of them be the fabled "Chained To The Rhythm"?

Perry's previous album Prism arrived in 2013 - so by the time her next record is out, we'll have had "Roar" and "Dark Horse" rattling around our heads for four years. Sure, we had the damp squib of "Rise" and that Christmassy thingy in 2015, but nothing proper for almost half a decade.
