On what would've been pioneering journalist Nellie Bly's 151st birthday, Karen O has released a song in her memory.
Featuring as yestoday's Google Doodle, "Nellie" commemorates the life and achievements of Bly - a journalist who travelled around the world in 72 days, and feigned insanity to write an exposé on a mental institution, amongst other feats.
Soaring vocals and a fragile acoustic melody make this an entirely touching tribute.
