Kanye / Jay Z album rumoured for shock release
There have been various whispers around all corners of the online world over the past 24 hours predicting a snap release for Kanye West and Jay Z‘s forthcoming collaborative LP Watch the Throne.
The album was set for a March release but has continuously been pushed back without much comment. Their larger-than-life, epic first single ‘H.A.M’ was released way back in January and can be streamed from the album’s Facebook page, but since then not much has been seen or heard from the biggest titans in hip-hop.
However the wait may soon be over, with this coming Monday being labelled as the date that the much-anticipated record drops. If rumours are true then no more apt a date than 4 July could have been chosen by Chicago and Brooklyn’s finest.
In the meanwhile to wetten appetite and soothe impatience, remind yourself of the last time the two collaborated- in the bizarre video to the brilliant ‘Monster’.
