Justin Vernon and Jenny Lewis feature on Swamp Dogg's new track "Sleeping Without You Is a Dragg"
Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and Jenny Lewis have teamed up with Swamp Dogg on his new track "Sleeping Without You Is a Dragg", lifted from his forthcoming album Sorry You Couldn’t Make It.
"Sleeping Without You Is a Dragg" also features Poliça's Channy Leaneagh.
It's the first single to be shared from Swamp Dogg's new LP Sorry You Couldn't Make It, which will be his first album since last year's Love, Loss, and Auto-Tune.
The new record is produced by Gayngs (a collective/band featuring Justin Vernon, Dessa, members of Poliça, and more) and Poliça’s Ryan Olson.
Swamp Dogg says of his new project, "They didn’t have any blacks in country until Charlie Pride came along. But in time, all things change and that's what has happened to country music.... I’m anxious because it's like I’ve taken all my money and put it on one horse. But I believe in this horse."
