Justin Timberlake album expected to sell nearly 1 million copies in U.S
As reported earlier today, Justin Timberlake’s comeback album The 20/20 Experience is heading to number one in the UK. The record doesn’t seem to be faring badly in the States either, as it’s expected to shift 800,000 units in its first week.
Billboard predict that the release, the popstar’s first since 2006, will easily top the U.S charts this week – knocking off current #1 holders Bon Jovi, who themselves pipped David Bowie to the post last week.
If the statistics are true then The 20/20 Experience will beat the feat of JT’s previous effort FutureSex/LoveSounds, which debuted with 684,000 copies sold.
It’s also expected that a second part of Timberlake’s album will drop later this year.
