Julio Bashmore unveils new cut "Kong (feat. Bixby)"
Julio Bashmore has unveiled a new cut from his upcoming debut LP called "Kong", featuring 'funk colossus' and London producer Bixby.
Opening with a flurry of cowbell and percussion "Kong" takes a rhythmic route from the off, with even the synths bolstering the groove, leaving just the vocal line to carry the melody. It's built for moving your body to - a given, really - and should have you clambering up skyscrapers in a rabid dance-induced haze in no time.
Bashmore's first long-player is "forthcoming". No name or date is yet set, but it's apparently on its way.
