Jimmy Fallon's 'Late Night' show successor revealed
With Jimmy Fallon taking over from Jay Leno as host of ‘The Tonight Show’ during 2014, his current show have been searching far and wide for a replacement. Now, it looks like they’ve found a new host in the form of Seth Meyers.
USA Today report that the Late Night show have reached an agreement with the Saturday Night Live head writer to take over the reins from next year onwards. SNL creator Lorne Michaels will also head over to Late Night as executive producer.
Fallon is widely regarded as one of the brightest new music advocates on U.S TV at the moment, and has confirmed that he’ll take The Roots over to The Tonight Show as his house band.
