Jeshi links with Obongjayar on new cut "Protein"
Jeshi has teamed up with Obongjayar for his latest Universal Credit single "Protein".
"Protein" with Obongjayar is the sixth outing from Jeshi's debut album Universal Credit, following last month's "3210" and earlier singles "Another Cigarette", "Generation", "Hit By A Train" and "Sick", and is teamed with another Will Dohrn-directed video.
Jeshi said of the collaboration, "OB is my guy so it was super fun making this together which I think comes across in the song. This was a really important side to capture on the album to show that no matter what’s going on not every day is a bad one. This moment just feels really good and I love that."
Universal Credit will be Jeshi's first collection of tracks since his 2020 EP BAD TASTE, and will include new collaborations with Fredwave and Obongjayar.
