Jenny Lewis, Bruce Springsteen and more feature on Bon Iver's new single "AUATC"
Justin Vernon has released new Bon Iver single "AUATC", which stands for "Ate Up All Their Cake", and features guest vocals from Jenny Lewis, Bruce Springsteen and more.
"AUATC" was written by Justin Vernon and Phil Cook, and a demo version was originally shared in 2018.
Yesterday (5 August), Bon Iver released the finished version of "AUATC", which features production from Justin Vernon, Jim-E Stack and BJ Burton, and vocal contributions from Vernon, Elsa Jensen, Jenny Lewis, Bruce Springsteen and Jenn Wasner.
"Ate Up All Their Cake" is Bon Iver's first single since April's "PDLIF" track which raised money to support healthcare workers during pandemic.
Alongside sharing "AUATC", Bon Iver have highlighted various organisations that are "working tirelessly to foster a world that celebrates our humanity on a local, national, & global level."
