Jarvis Cocker to release new memoir Good Pop, Bad Pop next year
Jarvis Cocker is due to make his non-fiction debut next year with a new memoir titled Good Pop, Bad Pop.
The memoir will see Cocker write about his life, his time in Pulp, "20th century pop culture, the good times and the mistakes he'd rather forget," according to the book description.
It'll also reveal his "creative process - writing and musicianship, performance and ambition, style and stagecraft."
News of Cocker's memoir comes less than 24 hours after joining Riton's Gucci Soundsystem project on a new "sustainable banger" titled "Let's Stick Together", which was released to coincide with end of the COP26 conference.
Last month Cocker released Chansons d’Ennui Tip-Top, an album of French covers that arrived as a companion piece to Wes Anderson's new film The French Dispatch.
