Jade Bird shares clip of her discussing second album
Jade Bird has shared a teaser of what appears to be an introduction to her second album.
After releasing her RCA Studio A Sessions EP last month, Bird has uploaded a 30-second clip of her discussing what appears to be her second album, which will follow her 2019 self-titled debut.
Bird captioned the post, "It’s been a long time coming.. The next Chapter… Can you guess the title?"
In the clip, Bird says, "Different kinds of light, at its most basic, is about falling in love, at its most complex the chaos of trying to get away from the past. I've written about fictional characters, about myself, people who don't exist or at least only exist in my mind or my imagination. They live forever on this record and now they live forever with you."
Going by that clip, it would appear that Bird's second album may be titled Different Kinds of Light.
