Having only released the vinyl-reviving LP Blunderbuss last year, Jack White is already at work on a new record.
The former White Stripes man revealed to BBC 6 Music that he has around two releases worth of material stored up.
“I’m writing a lot of songs for another record,” he recently told the station. “I have over 20 tracks I’m working on right now.”
This follows news that White is set to release around 25,000 obscure blues recordings via his own label, Third Man Records.
White also recently teamed up with Butthole Surfers frontman Gibby Haynes on a new 7″. He’s sure been keeping busy, then.
