Jack White has been cover-happy lately, taking on the likes of Jay Z and Kanye West. Now he’s even covered Lorde’s mega-hit “Royals” too.
The rendition in question took place during White’s show in Milwaukee this week. You can watch footage of it here. (EDIT: Content seems to be currently unavailable)
Meanwhile, White has also launched a book publishing wing of his Third Man Records label, called Third Man Books. The venture will be responsible for books on poetry, prose and art, with contributions from Richard Hell, William Tyler, Destruction Unit and more.
White released his latest solo album Lazaretto earlier this year.
