Ja Ja Ja announces two festive November showcases
Nordic music showcase Ja Ja Ja has announced two new London events as they gear up to celebrate the impending festive season.
There'll be the regular Lexington night on 26 November, as well as a special show at The Old Blue Last the day before (25 November). Six bands will play in total, representing the best music from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland.
The Old Blue Last will play host to Icelandic garage rockers The Pink Street Boys, the swirling shadowy psych of Denmark's Get Your Gun, and Norway's Honningbarna, who create a potent brew of hardcore and punk. It's gonna get seasonally loud.
At The Lexington, we'll see the likes of Finnish singer/songwriter Katéa, electro Danes AV AV AV, and Swedish producer Colleagues.
The next Ja Ja Ja club nights takes place 25 and 26 November at The Old Blue Last and The Lexington respectively. Tickets for the latter are £7 in advance, or a fiver for Ja Ja Ja members (sign up for free and get other goodies too!), while the OBL gig is free.
