J Mascis shares compassionate ballad "Web So Dense"
"Web So Dense" is the third track to be revealed from J Mascis' forthcoming Elastic Days record.
J Mascis has shared a tender taste of his new album with new ballad "Web So Dense", which follows earlier singles "See You At The Movies" and "Everything She Said".
The new track arrives with a hazy lyric video directed by Joe Salinas, who also made Mascis' previous lyric videos for his Elastic Days singles.
Elastic Days will be J Mascis' third solo release, and follows on from his 2014 solo offering Tied To A Star, and Dinosaur Jr.'s 2016 release Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not.
His new record was recorded in his own own Bisquiteen studio. Although Mascis has done the majority of the legwork on his new record, there are a few features and guest instrumentals from Ken Miauri on keyboards, Pall Jenkins (Black Heart Procession), Mark Mulcahy (Miracle Legion, etc.), and Zoë Randell (Luluc).
