J. Cole will release new album The Off-Season next week
J. Cole has announced his forthcoming album The Off-Season, which will land next week.
Last week Dreamville rapper Bas teased in a since-deleted Instagram post that J. Cole's The Off-Season would be arriving in two weeks, and it seems he was right after J. Cole confirmed last night (4 May) that The Off-Season will be landing next Friday (14 May).
He wrote on Instagram, "My new album The Off-Season available 5/14. Just know this was years in the making."

The Off-Season was confirmed as a release in J. Cole's schedule back in December last year, after the rapper shared an image of his notebook which had a list called 'The Fall Off Era', and he had already crossed out the word 'features' and 'ROTD3' (his Dreamville compilation album Revenge of the Dreamers III).
J. Cole's next thing on his to-do list was The Off-Season, followed by something called "It's A Boy".
The new album will follow J. Cole's 2018 album KOD.
