It looks like Doves might release new music next week
Doves have uploaded a countdown clock to their site, a hint that they could be returning with new music next week.
Back in March 2019, Doves said they were planning to release a new album in 2020.
There haven't been many updates since then, apart from in January, when Doves revealed on Facebook that they were "Putting the finishing touches to the last song for album no 5."
Today (12 June) the band have shared a new 47-second video on socials, and have linked to their website which features a countdown clock that ends in six days.

While it's not confirmed if they will release a new song next week, it does looks like they're planning to.
The band haven't released a new album since 2009's Kingdom of Rust.
