Insane Clown Posse sued by their own lawyer
Detroit hip-hop duo and face-paint enthusiasts, Insane Clown Posse have recently been taken to court on sexual harassment charges by a former employee.
Ex-attorney and publicist for the horrorcore rappers’ Psychopathic Records label, Andrea Pellegrini said she was sexually harassed on a number of occasions by the pair - Joseph Bruce and Joseph Utsler - who bought her a “large sex toy” and regularly called her offensive things at work.
She also claims that Psychopathic Records staff member Dan Diamond bought inappropriate items for members of the team, to name just one of a few untoward incidents.
Pelligini was sacked by Psychopathic Records in November 2012 which she claims was a direct result of her coming clean about her concerns to her bosses. Pelligini law suit asks for: “…medical expenses, emotional distress, pain and suffering, fright and shock, horror, outrage and indignity, economic damages including lost wages and/or loss of earning capacity, exemplary damages, punitive damages, hedonic damages, attorney costs and fees, compensation for economic and non-economic damages, interest on allowable damages, and any other damages allowed under the law”.
Insane Clown Posse released a series of four albums during 2012.
