Ibeyi stream Jay Electronica cover, announce worldwide tour dates
Naomi and Lisa-Kainde Diaz - AKA Paris-based Ibeyi - have covered Jay Electronica's "Better In Tune With The Infinite" during live sessions at Residence La Revolution for their forthcoming XL debut.
The twins put their own inimitable spin on the tune, turning it into a beguiling crossover of Yoruban folk, French jazz, soul, pop, indietronica and ambient. They're a difficult outfit to describe, and their lack of pigeonholability makes them considerably more fascinating.
