With The Marshall Mathers LP 2 coming out in a few months time, it seems an apt moment for the current owner of the house depicted in the original album’s artwork to put the property up for sale to fetch a couple bucks.
The house in northeast Detroit, Eminem’s childhood home, is on the market for between $33,000 and $44,000, with its owner having purchased it for $24,650 back in 2007.
The property was in the news a few years back when a previous resident tried to sell it on Ebay for $500,000. Not even the biggest ‘Stan’ could afford that, however.
Check out what it looked like circa 2000 above.
