Holy Fuck announce new Bird Brains EP and share the glitched-out title track
Toronto noiseniks Holy Fuck are back with mayhem-fuelled cut "Bird Brains" and details of a brand new EP.
The upcoming Bird Brains short-player is the first new material from Holy Fuck since last year's Congrats LP.
Gloriously weird visuals accompany the pulsating new jam. Allison Johnston directs, explaining the she wanted "to explore the idea of mass hysteria, and how easily a group will follow the most confident person in the room. The party in the video is what I grew up believing they always were before I had ever been to one. I wanted every party to be Nelly’s 'Hot in Herre'."
Also mostly created by the four members of the band, Bird Brains also includes input from Shawn Everett (Warpaint, Alabama Shakes) and David Wrench (Caribou, FKA Twigs).
As well as the new music, Holy Fuck have detailed a new UK/EU tour, with shows at London's Jazz Cafe confirmed. Find out more.
