Henry Green details debut LP Shift, shares new song "Another Light"

The Bristol-based artist has already shared the contemplative "Stay Here", which will appear on the LP alongside the new number launched today.

"I had a really vivid image/moment in mind when I wrote 'Another Light'," says the 22 year old of the track. "I was sat on a silent beach in the early hours of the morning, slightly hazy from the lack of sleep and I wanted to write about the whirlwind of colours and textures, both in the landscape but also in my mind at that moment. So much change had happened in such a short amount of time and I was just reflecting on it all."

Shift was recorded in Bristol and Berlin with co-producer Nico Rebscher. Jack Shuter is on mixing duties.

Henry Green will play London's Corsica Studios on 3 May. More live dates will arrive in due course.
