Heems debuts hook-laden solo single "My Ting"
Heems returns with "My Ting", a melodic blast of poppy hip-hop brilliance.
Following the release of "Adults With Privates" - which debuted on Viceland’s show Gaycation - Heems returns on a similar tack.
Himanshu "Heems" Suri is constantly pushing boundaries. A self-described rapper, visual artist, and record label owner, Heems has been on the grind since 2008 when he formed the hip-hop group Das Racist and subsequently Greedhead to release his music. Now almost 10 years down the line Heems is solidifying his place amongst New York’s greats with his own dynamic blend of hook-heavy vocals and timeless instrumentals. Produced by Truth and declared as merely a "demo" "My Ting" is Heems at his very best.
Heems is also part of Swet Shop Boys with actor/artist Riz Ahmed (Riz MC) and Redinho - they release new EP Sufi La next week.
