Harry from Peace explains how he went from hellraiser to the lotus position on this week's podcast
Peace frontman Harry Koisser talks about his amazing transformation to a life of zen on the latest episode of our podcast Talk The Line.
Koisser formed Peace as a teenager with his brother Sam and friends Doug and Dom. After being nominated for the BBC's Sound of 2013 poll, the band released their debut album In Love and followed it up two years later with their second, Happy People. The band's early success saw Harry embrace the lifestyle of a metropolitan rockstar but Peace relocated to a farmhouse in the middle of a forest miles away from civilisation to write their new record Kindness Is the New Rock and Roll - out now via Ignition.
At the same time, Harry underwent a personal transformation. Newly sober, his creativity has been revolutionised by practising meditation and yoga and that's what we're talking about on this episode of Talk The Line, which you can listen to now via iTunes.
