Harrison Whitford suggests Elon Musk should "smash a guitar" during upcoming SNL appearance
After asking for suggestions for his upcoming Saturday Night Live appearance this weekend, Harrison Whitford has suggested that the Tesla CEO should "smash a guitar" like Phoebe Bridgers.
This Saturday (8 May) Elon Musk will host Saturday Night Live, which will feature Miley Cyrus as the musical guest.
Over the weekend the Tesla CEO tweeted: "Throwing out some skit ideas for SNL. What should I do?"
Musician Harrison Whitford, who plays guitar with Phoebe Bridgers, offered his input, suggesting that Musk should follow in the footsteps of Bridgers' controversial guitar-smashing stunt and "smash a guitar".

Last month Bridgers' Danelectro guitar that she smashed on SNL back in February sold at auction for over $100,000, with proceeds donated to GLAAD.
