Happy Mondays lead singer and Madchester musician, Shaun Ryder is set to be the focus of a new TV biopic.
The Guardian report that ITV have commissioned the programme, based on Ryder’s autobiography Twisting My Melon. The likes of Downton Abbey actor Rob James-Collier and Shameless‘ Elliott Tittensor are among those being tipped for the role.
Ryder recently launched a TV show of his own for the History Channel, where he hunts UFOs and extra-terrestrial beings.
