When announcing her new album earlier this year, Grimes revealed it's "a concept album about the anthropomorphic Goddess of climate Change: A psychedelic, space-dwelling demon/ beauty-Queen who relishes the end of the world."
She also said, "It’s possible I will drop an EP or a few more singles of synth-based stuff b4 the album because its mostly ethereal nu metal (ish), and I know a lot of ppl miss the synths and whatnot", but it seems as though Grimes will cut straight to the album.
Last month she launched her new clothing range in collaboration with Stella McCartney and Adidas. The collection is made out of environmentally friendly material, including recycled polyester and Econyl yarn. Grimes also shared her intense fitness regime alongside the launch.
