Grimes shares another preview of "Shinigami Eyes" on TikTok
After teasing "Shinigami Eyes" during the launch of her Metaverse Discord server last week, Grimes has shared another snippet of the track via TikTok.
Fans who joined the launch of the Grimes Metaverse Discord server last week were treated to a new song snippet, which seemed to be titled "Shinigami Eyes", which is a reference to an ability in Death Note that allows humans to see the names and lifespans of other humans floating above their heads.
In the snippet, Grimes sings, "Are you ready to die / Got my shinigami eyes on / Everything is fine / Got my shinigami eyes on."
This afternoon (21 June), Grimes has shared another clip of the same track, this time via TikTok. Grimes captioned the video, "supposed to be throwing up toks today teasing new music but all my ambitious ones r not ready so here sum hair energy."

Grimes' new TikTok lists the audio as "Warnymph", which is the same title as her NFT collection from March that featured original music.
