Grandaddy announce the release of The Sophtware Slump: The Deluxe Edition

Influential American indie rock band Granddaddy will release a deluxe edition of their 2000 album The Sophtware Slump on August 22 via Universal/V2. The release will be a double disk -the first featuring the original album recording, and the other containing a host of additional tracks. As well as non-album singles, b-sides and EP tracks, the second disk will also feature two unreleased demo versions – ‘Hewlett’s Daughter’ and ‘Beautiful Ground’, as well as the originally discarded intro to track ‘He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s The Pilot’.
