
Gorillaz tease new project with "Song Machine Theme Tune"

It looks like Gorillaz are about to launch their new project as they've dropped a 23-second song titled "Song Machine Theme Tune".
"Song Machine Theme Tune" arrives ahead of another single featuring slowthai and Slaves, which is expected to arrive on Thursday (30 January).
It appears that the new Gorillaz project is titled Song Machine, as their website homepage plays out a little animation before their cartoon characters appear under the Song Machine title.
The 23-second intro is the first glimpse of new Gorillaz music since their 2018 album The Now Now.
"Song Machine Theme Tune" is out now. Gorillaz's new single featuring slowthai and Slaves is due to land on Thursday (30 January) as Annie Mac's Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1.
