Gorillaz reveal new story The Book Of Murdoc
Gorillaz have shared The Book Of Murdoc, a new multimedia story about the animated band's bassist Murdoc Niccals.
This is the third 'book' Gorillaz have shared, following similar releases focusing on lead guitarist Noodle and drummer Russel. This one looks at Murdoc's escape from Plastic Beach, and his subsequent capture by EMI (and their boat Battleship Ringo) and imprisonment in Dungeon Abbey (which was built underneath Abbey Road Studios to house Artists In Breach Of Contract).
Gorillaz have been teasing their comeback record for a while now - it looks like the first single could be arriving this weekend.
