
Gorillaz release new Robert Smith collaboration "Strange Timez"
Gorillaz have teamed up with The Cure's Robert Smith for new single "Strange Timez", which will feature on their forthcoming album Song Machine: Season One - Strange Timez.
After teasing the collaboration earlier this week, Gorillaz have shared their new Robert Smith collaboration "Strange Timez".
The new Song Machine release follows on from previous singles including ScHoolboy Q collaboration "PAC-MAN", Friday 13th" featuring Octavian, "Momentary Bliss" featuring Slaves and slowthai, "Désolé" with Fatoumata Diawara and "Aries" featuring Peter Hook and Georgia. Gorillaz also released "How Far?" with Skepta and the late Tony Allen in May to pay tribute to the legendary drummer.
Gorillaz have also confirmed the tracklist for their Song Machine: Season One - Strange Timez album that was leaked by Record Store Day earlier today (9 September).
