Gorillaz guitarist Noodle becomes new global ambassador for Jaguar
Noodle, the mononymous Gorillaz guitarist, has been confirmed as Jaguar Racing's global ambassador.
This isn't the first bit of news centring on Noodle this week - on Monday a new multimedia story, The Book Of Noodle, emerged.
Gorillaz co-founder Jamie Hewlett has directed the video, which sees Noodle zooming around a track in a rather zippy Formula E car.
A blurb explains Noodle's involvement with Panasonic Jaguar Racing: "As Jaguar Racing spearheads the development of next generation electric vehicle technology, Noodle will help to inspire the next generation of young engineers be a part of the biggest change the car industry has ever seen."
Gorillaz have been getting very active lately in the run up to their new album in 2017 - are we going to get some kind of announcement soon?
