Gordi shares cover of Dolly Parton's "Grass Is Blue"
Gordi has released a cover of Dolly Parton's 1999 album title-track "Grass Is Blue", and revealed on Twitter that she wanted to cover it after Parton helped to fund the Moderna COVID vaccine.
The artist's cover of Parton's "Grass Is Blue" marks her first outing since teaming up with Alex Lahey on on "Dino's" back in February, and arrives with a Triana Hernandez-directed video that was shot on Dja Dja Wurrung Land.
On Twitter, Gordi wrote of her song choice, "I wanted to cover it because Dolly funded the Moderna vaccine and is an all round queen."
