GOAT to release new record Requiem this year
Swedish outfit GOAT are prepping new record Requiem for release later this year - they've shot out new song "Try My Robe" to thoroughly whet our whistles.
This new single follows "I Sing In Silence" which appeared earlier this year.
The enigmatic troupe of bemasked musical demons have said that this is their 'folk' record, and will "focus more on their subdued bucolic ritualism than psilocybin freakouts". In any case, these fresh GOAT-y sounds are tantalising meshes of brilliance and surreality.
Requiem is out 7 October via Rocket Recordings. The band will be touring the UK and Europe after its release.
Listen to "Try My Robe" below, and check out the LP's tracklist and GOAT's upcoming UK/EU shows after.
