Glastonbury Festival has uploaded a new trailer for something called Live At Worthy Farm, and people reckon it might be related to the concert organisers are hoping to host in September.

Back in January Glastonbury Festival organisers announced the cancellation of this year's event due to the coronavirus pandemic, marking the second consecutive year that the festival has been called off due to COVID-19.

The same month founder Michael Eavis said he would like to hold a "smaller" event in September to mark the festival's belated 50th anniversary.

Emily Eavis has provided an update on the possibility of the September event via her Instagram earlier this month (19 March), revealing that they've applied "for a licence for a concert at the farm in September (around the time we'd usually do Pilton Party)".

Yesterday (29 March) afternoon Glastonbury Festival uploaded a mysterious 15-second teaser to their socials, which shows a bunch of lights flashing on some rocks positioned in a circle. Organisers captioned the clip "#LiveAtWorthyFarm", leading people to think it might be related to the event they're hoping to hold in September.

One Twitter user wrote, "Would very very much like this to be a hint that it’s a go ahead for the September event", while another added, "Definitely reckon it’s something to do with what they’re planning in September."

When Emily Eavis provided an update on the potential September event earlier this month, she also wrote, "We're also putting an application in for a family-friendly (ie not for partying!) campsite at the farm for this summer. Again, it's not definite that it'll go ahead but needed to set the early wheels in motion now."

In January Emily Eavis also said organisers are considering hosting a livestream event, "A lot of big artists have been in touch offering to perform for us at the farm, so we’re doing everything we can to make that happen. We would love to build a show that can be watched at home by people all over the world, and of course it would be a useful way for us to make some very welcome income."

Glastonbury Festival was due to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2020, before it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
