Glastonbury 2014 tickets sell out in new record time

With rumours circulating over who may headline next year’s Worthy Farm event, tickets for the 2014 leg of Glastonbury Festival went on sale over the weekend – selling out in record time.

One hour and 27 minutes breaks the festival’s own personal best, despite technical errors hindering some potential festival-goers.

Tickets unwanted or returned will be put on sale early next year.

The Worthy Farm booker, Michael Eavis recently revealed that the 2014 headliners will be “three bands who haven’t played Glastonbury before”.
