GL unveil details of debut self-titled EP
Like fellow Australasian electropop outfit Yumi Zouma, GL - the Melbourne-based twosome comprising Graeme Pogson and Ella Thompson - float contently on breathy vocal zephyrs and the sweltering lagoons of pastel-funk.
Pogson and Thompson have a few select disimilarities too, however; they're a pair with a penchant for soulful, which occasionally smacks of Mausi or AlunaGeorge. Despite a few links to other acts, they're distinctly themselves. Cool, collected and focused on sending the best shivers down your spine.
The EP will also feature remixes from Terrence Parker, Black Vanilla and Running Back's Gerd Jansen.
