Girl Band, The Big Moon, Jack Garratt and Little Simz shortlisted for the DICE Live Award
The nominees for this year's DICE Live Award have been revealed, with Girl Band, Little Simz, The Big Moon, and Jack Garratt all vying for the gong.
Wolf Alice scooped the first ever award last year, which aims to find the best live act from the UK and Ireland.
The winner will be unveiled on 19 November at Hackney's Moth Club. There will live music and DJ sets at the show, including a set from The Big Moon, with free tickets available via ballot now.
The DICE Live Award is voted for by "a panel of 100 journalists, promoters, broadcasters, and venues around the UK".
Russ Tannen, DICE's Head Of Music, says: “Sitting in a hotel conference room tucking into a cold roast dinner isn’t really our thing. We’ve cut the crap to focus on celebrating great emerging live music with artists we care about. If last year is anything to go by it’s going to be a total mess.”
