Future Islands perform NPR Tiny Desk (Home) Concert from Baltimore’s Carroll Baldwin Memorial Hall
Future Islands are the latest act to take part in NPR's Tiny Desk (Home) Concert series, performing four tracks from Baltimore’s Carroll Baldwin Memorial Hall.
After revealing that they've already started work on their follow up to last year's As Long As You Are album last week, Future Islands have taken part in NPR's Tiny Desk (Home) Concert series.
The Baltimore band played a four-song set from the picturesque Carroll Baldwin Memorial Hall in Baltimore, performing three songs from their latest album and "Balance", which featured on their 2011 album On the Water.
While commencing the performance of "Balance" lead vocalist Samuel T. Herring says, "This is a song for anybody who's struggling through their lives, and I know there are a lot of you all out there, just trying to get by, but it's going to take a little bit more time."
