Free Love, fka Happy Meals, share new track "Playing as Punks"
"Playing as Punks" is the latest single from Free Love, the Glaswegian duo once known as Happy Meals.
Suzanne Roden and Lewis Cook emerged as Free Love earlier this year with new tracks "Pushing Too Hard" and "Synchronicity".
The disco-pop duo have today shared new cut "Playing as Punks", lifted from their forthcoming eight-track EP Luxury Hits.
Speaking about their forthcoming EP, the duo describe their Luxury Hits project as a “trans-temporal projection through pop music for dancefloors. The music is about breaking through the limitations of our surroundings, not through escapism but defining a new reality on our own terms and breathing it into existence.”
Free Love have a string of UK and EU performances to close the year. They will support James Holden and The Animal Spirits on Thursday 4 October at London's Southbank Centre, and return to London again on 29 November for a show at Folklore. Find out more.
