Franz Ferdinand have shared "Demagogue", a potent new anti-Trump anthem, as part of the 30 Days, 30 Songs project.
It's Franz Ferdinand's first new material since the amicable departure of founding guitarist Nick McCarthy.
"Demagogue" mixes Franz Ferdinand's glammy rock swagger with acerbic lyrics - it's catchy and upbeat, juxtaposing lighthearted hooks against lines about Trump's terrifying campaign of bigotry.
Franz Ferdinand's latest album Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action was released in 2013. The band teamed up with glam veterans Sparks for last year's FFS project.
